From Ken Johnstone

Dear Fellow Musician,

Ever wondered how some sound studio owners can consistently create great tracks? From a small private studio? Maybe in their bedroom or basement? Like Calvin Harris?

Do you know what the most frequently asked question on sound recording forums is?

  • It's - "What should I buy?"

And the second most common question?

  • "How can I fix this?"

In fact, it's clear that many wannabe music producers spend (waste!) a huge amount of time on catching up with the latest gear, trying to figure out how to use it, or worse, trying to diagnose and fix it - instead of applying their creative talents to music composition, performance, or sound recording and production.

Problem is, the recording industry (i.e. you!) suffers from too much:

  • Product choice: for example, the Musician's Friend catalog has >40,000 items
  • Complexity: for example, Apple's Logic Studio 8 contains a huge range of studio and live applications, samples, and tools
  • Rapid change: buy a synth today, and it's out of date before you get is set up in the studio...
  • Technology Hype: the software suppliers and equipment manufacturers naturally want you to belive it's cool to always have the latest gear. But how many of us can afford it...?

But in spite of that...

You Can Select the Right Sound Studio Set Up
for Your Kind of Music

But before I get into how, imagine you're the owner of a project Studio. Your band uses it regularly to make demo masters, and you compose signature tunes for TV and radio productions. You're comfortable operating the studio equipment. And there's enough space for your regular use, plus some sessions for other local up-and-coming musicians.

You're getting noticed - sales are growing nicely on-line, and you are in demand for TV and radio work. Maybe you'll be the next Calvin Harris! And the income from the bands helps make life more comfortable...

Can this really happened? You bet it can, and it does!

You see, successful project studio owners have a combination of skills - which allows them to focus on music creation, performance, and production. Not the technology, or the tools of the trade.

Every modern studio owner will recognize there are four basics:

  1. Space - sufficient for, and dedicated to, the purpose
  2. Sounds - sources (live or computer generated), and the means of capturing them
  3. Software - to control and enhance the sound, to direct the signal flow, and the overall production process.
(Of course you need equipment and systems to run your software)
  4. Skills - to make good use of the space, to organize sound sources, and to operate the studio systems.

And Now For the Secrets The Suppliers Didn't Want You to Discover!

  • You can keep it simple
  • You needn't spend a fortune
  • You don't have to have all the latest tech gadgets
  • You can release yourself from the burden of technology
  • You don't need new gear
  • You don't need to trade-in the old gear either...

It's not rocket science. - A few key decisions, well taken, has the potential to make it crystal clear what gear you need to buy, and how to avoid the issues "how do I use this?" and "how do I fix this?"

Hey, just to show you I know what I'm talking about, I'm going to share with you:

  • how I am able to get great audio gear for zero cost (legally)
  • how I try out expensive gear I'm considering, at home, before making a final decision

But if it's so simple,
why isn't everyone doing it?

Well, just like everything in this world, there's a right way, and a wrong way of going about building a sound studio.

There are pitfalls waiting to gobble you up, and big distractions lurking just around the corner. Combined, these factors ensure that if you don't know what you're doing, you're bound to get lost in the maze!

To put it simply - with the right decisions, your sound studio can help make your fortune, or help you to achieve your musicianship objectives. But done wrong, leads to a huge waste of time and effort...

  • frustration
  • de-motivation
  • loss of confidence
  • loss of reputation and
  • can cost you a lot of money!

But How Much Will I Have To Pay To Buy a Proven, Step-By-Step Guide To Selecting Sound Recording Studio Software & Equipment?

I've already shared with you that the established recording equipment retailers don't want this kind of information to be made public at all. Period!

One supplier strongly advised me that if I did decide to release this information in one easy to follow e-book, then at least I should sell the product for around $1500 - $2,000 (this happens to be approximately his earnings from his own book sales each month).

Fair enough, but I'm not going to charge you anything like that... I want to get this information into the hands of as many aspiring composers, performers, producers, and sound engineers as possible. After all, that's who needs it most.

You see, I don't have the overhead costs associated with many businesses. I work from home, so don't need to rent premises. I have no staff secretarial support, no bevy of automobiles in the driveway, and, since my products are down-loadable, I hold no inventory so distribution costs are zero.

So how much am I prepared to provide the Selecting Sound Recording Studio Software & Equipment e-book for? - The price is $67. But if you're quick, we have a special offer price today of only $14.99.**

**Note: You've hit a real bargain here - we're currently running some market tests, including pricing. So grab your ebook now - the price will rise again in a couple of days.

If you think about it - that's just a drop in the ocean compared with the pleasure of owning your own highly successful (and profitable) sound studio. With a realistic income building month by month, this is one investment that'll pay for itself over and over again.

How confident am I that your Studio can be a success? Just check out our rock-solid guarantee:

I personally guarantee that if you make an honest effort to apply the principles and methods covered in this ebook over the next 60 days, but decide during that time - for whatever reason - that it can't work for you, then I will gladly refund your money in full, no questions asked.

Who is Calvin Harris?

Calvin began making music at 15 in his bedroom recording studio. His success came directly from applying and developing his talents, in his own home studio, and promoting the results on MySpace.

Now only 23, in 2007 Calvin has:

* Released his first album I Created Disco 18th June - uptempo electroclash songs influenced by 1980's music.
* Top 10 hit in UK singles chart; charted for 15 weeks: Acceptable in the 80s
* Recorded & co-written with Kylie Minogue.
* Produced a remixed version of The Mitchell Brothers song "Michael Jackson".

2006: Calvin signed with EMI (publishing) and Sony BMG (recording), after being discovered on the social networking website MySpace. He was working from home in Dumfries at the time.

2004: Released a song in 2004 with artist, Ayah on The Unabombers' 'Electric Soul 2'.

2002: Calvin's earliest success was at 18: the songs "Da Bongos" and "Brighter Days" released as a 12" club single and CD-EP by the Prima Facie label under the name Stouffer.
